Quality control

  • Support in proofreading and quality control on design deliverables
  • Work closely with the Design team & Client Services team to review projects,
  • Identify areas of improvement and ensure deliverables meet company standards before final submission.

Project Administration

  • Project files organisation
  • Update and track project statuses across various programs

Invoice & Purchase Order Management

  • Support Client Service team in the creation and tracking of invoices and purchase orders.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate effectively with designers and Client Services team to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for administrative inquiries and assist in resolving project-related issues promptly.

Continuous Improvement

  • Suggest and implement improvements to administrative and quality control processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Stay informed on best practices for quality assurance, proofreading techniques, and financial management tools.

Requirements

  • Excellent proofreading skills with a strong eye for detail.
  • Experience in a quality control or administrative role, preferably within a creative agency or design-focused environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Trello) and financial software (e.g., Xero).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based file management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
