As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and organized Digital Account Manager to join our team.

Role Overview

The Digital Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and supporting project management activities. This role involves a blend of administrative, financial, and client-facing responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Support

  • Act as a project management resource, assisting in the coordination and tracking of projects.
  • Monitor and manage upcoming invoices, particularly for license renewals, in collaboration with the team.
  • Potential to expand into project management of specific projects as our client base grows.

Financial Administration

  • Raise and send invoices in a timely manner.
  • Proactively chase overdue invoices to ensure prompt payments.
  • Handle refunds, cancellations, and other financial adjustments as needed.

Client Relationship Management

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and getting client contracts and SLAs signed once the client indicates their intent to move forward.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to ensure client satisfaction, potentially picking up some account management tasks as the team grows.

Future Opportunities

  • As the agency expands, there will be opportunities to take on more direct project management responsibilities and potentially transition into a dedicated Account Management role.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, project management, or a related role, preferably within a creative or sports-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with invoicing, contracts, and basic financial processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
